In the framework of the project "Development of labor skills and stimulation of work places” 20 thousand unemployed and unproductive self-employed kazakhstan citizens will be trained in accordance with the needs of the labour market. Additional 12.7 thousand employees will be trained to improve professional skills and enhance the results of productivity.
For training of Kazakhstan citizens relevant skills and competencies are planned to attract about 400 providers of educational services among the domestic companies that meet the qualification requirements.
The above project is carrying out in order to implement Framework agreement on partnership concluded by the Government of Kazakhstan with International Bank for reconstruction and development. It provides the establishment of national qualifications system by improving professional standards, educational programs, vocational and higher education as well as assessment and certification of qualifications; improving the work of employment centres and training of unemployed, unproductive self-employed and employees of enterprises in need of training.
In the framework of the national qualification system will be developed 550 new professional standards and 340 educational programs that meet the requirements of the labor market. In addition, provides the development of road map for establishment of independent system of assessment and award of qualifications, and creation of professional certification boards. It is also planned the improvement of information system of the labor market and the enhanced access to akimats of rural districts and districts.
In addition, to ensure the quality and systematic solution of tasks of the project had signed following Memorandums of joint activities:
in order to effectively implement system to review and update the educational programs of technical and vocational, and higher education signed a Memorandum on cooperation between the Ministry of Healthcare and Social development of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of education and science of Kazakhstan, NJSC "Holding "Kasipkor" and Center of Bologna process and academic mobility.
- for effective cooperation in the framework of working on improvement of results in the field of employment and productivity had signed a Memorandum on cooperation between Ministry of Healthcare and Social development of Kazakhstan and JSC "Information analytical center on employment problems".
In the near future is planned signing of Memorandum and joint Action Plan with NCE "Atameken".
