Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide. According to the world health organization, annually due to heart attacks and strokes die 17.1 million. Increasingly, they are being diagnosed in young people. The main risk factors are unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, tobacco use and alcohol.
To reduce mortality from cardiovascular diseases in Kazakhstan in the framework of the state Program of healthcare development "Densaulyk" for the years 2016-2019 introduced the integrated model of medical care for 5 major diseases that significantly affect the demographics of the population, including in acute myocardial infarction.
