Next year, it is planned to transform the activities of state employment centers in the country. It provides for the creation of labor institutions serving citizens. This means that the private sector will contribute to the vocational guidance of unemployed citizens, the organization of their education and employment.
This was reported by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Tamara Duissenova at the regular meeting of the Government.
Now these centers will become enterprises on the right of economic management. At the same time, their organizational and legal form will be determined by local executive bodies.
The proposed changes will allow to expand labor market institutions that provide services to promote employment, ensure their accessibility to citizens and improve quality through competition.
Recall that currently in Kazakhstan there are 199 state and 46 private employment centers. 11 Internet portals are also actively working in the field of employment.
