According to paragraph 36 of the Comprehensive plan of measures on improvement of ranking indicators "Doing Business" world Bank in 2016-2017 provided by the awareness of employers and employees on the application of labor legislation.
Also, the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-Ministry) is taking steps to improve labor laws.
In the framework of the national Plan - 100 steps to implementing institutional reforms (the step 83. liberalization of employment), designated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry has developed a draft Labor code, which was signed by the President on 23 November 2015 (effective 1 January 2016).
The Ministry jointly with the National chamber of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved a Comprehensive plan of the expert explanations of the provisions of the new Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter the Comprehensive plan).
The comprehensive plan provides for measures to explain the main provisions of the new Labor code, mass-media representatives of Ministry, National chamber of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" and Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.
The Federation of trade unions of Kazakhstan and its affiliates are focused on explaining the basic provisions of the Labor code of the RK.
In addition, PE "Center for training, research and conflict resolution FTVRK" was organized and held in the current year 50 seminars were taught the basics of labor law 1146 people.
The Plan allocation for training of employees of enterprises work in 2017 for territorial departments of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration of the involved organizations and training of employees within organizations. To date, trained more than 2 thousand employees in 80 organizations.
Also, the state labor inspectors of the regions 984 conducted training seminars and classes.
Actively carry out its work in the regions of the tripartite Commission for social partnership in 2017 for 9 months, held 31 meetings.
In addition, we conducted 46 meetings of the crisis staffs inviting 248 leaders of the enterprise.
