The Minister of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan Tamara Duisenova participated in the 30th anniversary meeting of the Consultative Council for labor, migration and social protection of population of the States-participants of UIS.
Heads and experts of relevant ministries and departments of the States-participants of UIS discussed issues of socio-labor sphere and migration.
The main tasks of the Advisory Board are to promote the formation of a coherent policy and measures for its implementation in the field of labor relations and social partnership.
Also in the work of the Council was attended by the Minister of labor and social protection of the Russian Federation M. A. Topilin, Deputy Minister of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Azerbaijan N. N. Mamedov, Minister of labor and social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia A. D. Asatryan, Minister of labor and social protection of the Republic of Belarus I. A. Kostevich, representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Uzbekistan, the UIS Executive Committee, the General configuration of trade unions.
As observers to participate in the event invited the representatives of the Interparliamentary Assembly of States-participants of UIS, as well as the international labor organization (ILO) for Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
During the meeting, one of the key issues have for the implementation of measures of family and demographic policies in the UIS, social protection of family, women and children. Addressed the issue of cooperation on improvement of regulatory legal base in the provision of social services to the population. Recommendations on the development of General principles of cooperation in providing the employment opportunities of certain groups: youth, disabled, women etc. In addition, the ways of cooperation in development of common principles for the development and application of professional standards of the States – participants of UIS.
According to the results of the meeting was signed the Decision of the Consultative Council for labor, migration and social protection of population of the States-participants of UIS, which outlines joint priorities of the participating countries in the field of labor and social protection in the near future.
Also on the site Advisory Council was held bilateral meeting of labor Ministers of Kazakhstan and Russia.
The meeting was held within the framework of orders of the Head of the state N..Nazarbayev at the Forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia in Chelyabinsk.
We will remind, in connection with the establishment of a common labor market within the EAEU, the President of Kazakhstan told about the need to harmonize and synchronize the processes of development of professional standards, which was launched today in Kazakhstan and Russia. These measures will aim at mutual recognition of qualifications of workers.
In his speech Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed the initiative to create a Single integrated Eurasian electronic labor exchange. By the way, the Email exchange has already launched in Kazakhstan.
In addition, the relevant agencies of the two countries need to expedite the settlement of disputes concerning pension provision related to the peculiarities of national systems of the countries-participants of EurAsEC.
The Minister of labor and social protection of population Tamara Duissenova and the Minister of labor and social protection of population of the Russian Federation Maxim Topilin has signed a Memorandum of cooperation.
Project of bilateral cooperation became possible thanks to the interest of both Parties in mutually beneficial and equal cooperation on a long-term and stable basis, in compliance with the rules of international law and national legislation of the Parties.
The ultimate goal of joint activities is the development and strengthening of friendly relations in social and labor sphere.
The joint work plan includes several directions. So, the Parties intend to share the legislative and other normative legal acts in the field of labor, employment and social protection of the population. One of the important points of the document is the cooperation of governmental bodies in terms of exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of labor, employment and social protection of the population.
However, the Memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation between countries in the field of joint meetings, consultations, scientific workshops and conferences, round tables and other events.
As noted by the representatives of the ministries, the document covers all aspects of cooperation in the effective implementation of the state policy in the field of social and labor relations of both States.
