During the working trip to Atyrau region Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting with students of universities and colleges, leaders of student organizations, directors of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions in the region.
The meeting was held to discuss topical issues of youth and social policies. Bakytzhan Sagintayev stressed the importance of training and retraining for the jobs of the future expansion grants for technical professions, teaching skills necessary to reflect changes in the labor market and widespread digitization and automation.
Prime Minister Bakhytzhan Sagintayev noted that in the framework of the social initiatives of the President of Five Government adopted a road map. It would solve the problem of providing dormitories of students, issues of training demanded by today technical orientation specialists. The first results of the implementation of the Road Map will give the second half of 2018.
During the discussion on the modernization of the labor market infrastructure, and training of technical specialties told the Minister of Labor and Social Protection M. Abylkasymova.
According to the minister relevant agencies, as a result of the introduction of new technology the labor market throughout the world is subject to significant changes.
It is expected that by the year 2035 will be approximately 1/3 of automated production processes. This will have an impact on the 3/4 jobs.
Now support the qualification at the appropriate level, and to remain in demand in the market will be in the case of a continuous self-learning throughout life.
"Today is difficult to imagine how it will look the future of the economy and what impact it will have on the labor market. Therefore it is necessary to predict the future development of the industries and their need for staff with the new economy. We need to know what the profession in the future will be in demand, and what - are at risk of extinction "- said the Minister Madina Abylkasymova.
On this basis it will be developed Atlas of new jobs by 2030, which will serve as a navigator for young people, which provides update the content of education.
According to the minister the whole cycle of training and education, starting early in the development of children up to the higher education system requires upgrading and adaptation in the context of the fourth industrial revolution.
Universities and colleges should engage not only training, but also to think about employment and the future of their graduates. This can be achieved through the work of career centers at universities.
If the Ministry of Education on the line will be trained in universities and VET institutions, in turn, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan will focus on short-term training courses to meet current labor market needs.
At the same time, the Minister of Madina Abylkasymova, stressed the importance of the role of business in this matter.
"The training process involves the participation of businesses in all stages, from the formation of the requirements of the labor force and educational programs, to the final stage - certification issued by staff. It also plans to introduce a full dual training and the creation of centers of competence "- the minister said.
In turn, the state will be worked out measures to support companies that invest in the development and training of existing employees and released.
Speaking about the implementation of social initiatives of the President of the Fourth, the minister voiced data, according to which the Atyrau region allocated an additional 889 million. Tenge, which will increase the number of microcredit recipients of more than 300 people, mostly in rural areas.
And to improve entrepreneurial skills training 1325 people will be sent free of charge.
In general, in the framework of the Program of development of productive employment and enterprise mass, Atyrau region allocated 2.3 billion tenge, which is planned to cover more than 8 thousand people, and with the rest of government programs -.. More than 28 thousand people..
These measures include support for employment, the direction of the free training courses, subsidized jobs, including paid youth practice.
