These are the results of monitoring the situation on the labor market for the first 9 months of 2018, conducted by JSC "Center of the Development of Labor Resources".
During 9 months of 2018, 543.6 thousand people turned to 200 employment centers operating in Kazakhstan, which is 33.1 thousand more than in the same period of 2017. (or 6.5%).
Of the citizens who applied, 48.8% are women, 38% are young people up to 29 years old, and 17.7% are self-employed citizens.
294.5 thousand people were employed for permanent work, which is by 81.7 thousand more than in the same period of 2017. (or 38.4%).
An analysis of the vacancies for which citizens were employed showed that employers declare vacancies with low wages. 75% of applicants are employed for vacancies with a salary of less than 50 thousand tenges per month and only 2% - from 100 thousand tenges and above.
At the same time, the quality of filling information about vacancies remains low. In 2% of vacancies, employers did not provide wages, and in many cases wages are indicated by them at the level of the minimum wage.
During the interview with the employer, a higher level of wages may be established for the applicant.
