Local executive bodies establish quotas for employment for:
1) persons with disabilities in the amount of from two to four percent of the number of jobs, excluding jobs in heavy work, working in hazardous, hazardous working conditions in a manner determined by the authorized body for employment of the population;
2) persons registered as a probation officer;
3) persons released from places of detention;
4) citizens from among the youth who have lost or have remained before the age of majority without the care of parents who are graduates of educational organizations.
