Procedure for the issuance of certificates to recipients of ASA through the portal of "Electronic Government" was simplified

In order to simplify the process and reduce the terms of providing state address assistance to citizens, the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population, together with the Ministry of education and science and the Ministry of information and communications, implemented an optimized process of state services to obtain a certificate confirming the applicant's (family) affiliation to the recipients of the ASA, through one-time passwords and through the service of obtaining certificates by third parties on the web portal of "electronic government".

Previously, citizens had to provide certificate confirming the status of the right to receive state address social assistance to CPS, local executive bodies or educational institutions in order to receive address assistance. Optimization of procedures allowed the bodies providing services to confirm this status by automatic request to the database of the Ministry, freeing the citizen receiving the service from the need to obtain a certificate on their own.
