What is social contributions?

In accordance with the Law of the RK "On compulsory social insurance" (hereinafter - the Law), social contributions are compulsory payments established by Law, paid to the State social insurance fund, giving the right to the participant of the system of compulsory social insurance, for which social contributions were made, and in case of loss of a breadwinner to members of his family, who were dependent on him, to receive social payments in accordance with the Law.
