What does the UAP give people?

Unified aggregate payment (UAP) is a regime that provides an opportunity for informally employed citizens to carry out entrepreneurial activity without registration as an individual entrepreneur.

UAP will apply to individuals engaged in informal activities for the purpose of earning and / or generating income, without employing employees, performing work or providing services to individuals.

Payment of UAP gives you the following opportunities:

First: to participate in the system of compulsory social medical insurance and to have access to medical services, unlimited in price and type, with the right to choose a medical institution after the introduction of CSMI.

Second: to participate in the accumulative pension system and receive a pension payment depending on the length of participation in the system. In addition to the replenishment of their pension savings in the Unified pension accumulations in the Unified accumulative pension fund, it will be able for payers of the UAP to receive a basic pension in an increased amount due to the fact that the work experience will be recorded.

Third: to receive social payments in cases of disability, loss of employment, loss of breadwinner, pregnancy and childbirth, adoption of a child, child care.

Another of the advantages of payments, there is the fact that, potential creditworthiness of citizens increases by confirming their income. That is, now you can officially get a loan from the bank confirming own solvency with regular contributions.

Payment of UAP is made on a voluntary basis at own will. The right to participate in the system remains with the individual, it will not apply any measures to hold liable for non-payment of a Unified aggregate payment. 

UAP is planned to be calculated from the size of the monthly calculation index for residents of cities

- 1-fold size of MCI (2 525 KZT) and 0.5-fold size of MCI for rural residents (according to the registration at the place of residence).

Payers of UAP do not provide tax statements.

UAP will consist of the following shares:

- 10% for individual income tax;

- 30% for pension contribution to the UAPF;

- 40% for contributions to the SMIF;

- 20 % for social deductions to the SSIF
