The Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having considered Your appeal regarding the conclusion of the collective agreement, reports the following.

In accordance with the labor legislation, the employer may change the labor conditions in the event of certain circumstances (due to changes in the organization of production, labor organization conditions). At the same time, the labor conditions include issues of remuneration. Changing the labor conditions of employees is carried out in compliance with the procedures provided for by the Code.

Yes, within the framework of labor legislation such a concept was introduced for the first time.

Labor code provides for the establishment of production councils for safety and health at the enterprise.

Firstly, it should be noted that declaration procedure of the activities of employers is voluntary.

In accordance with the Labor code of the RK, a collective agreement is concluded when one of the parties applies to the other with an initiative to conclude it.
